When booking Adam Smith Photography, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

BOOKING DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of £95 is required at the time of booking. Dates are only reserved when the deposit is paid.

BALANCE PAYMENT: The remaining balance is to be paid no later than seven days prior to the date of the wedding.

CREATIVE LICENCE: Adam Smith Photography shall be granted creative and artistic license in relation to the choice of locations and poses used. The photographers judgement and photographic style and the number of photographs taken shall be deemed as being correct. Due to changes of the weather and the availability and willingness of subjects the photographer will do his best to honour requested photographs but does not undertake to guarantee any specific picture, nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangement.

COPYRIGHT: The 1988 Copyright Designs and Patents Act assign copyright to Adam Smith Photography. With the USB flash drive included with the package we provide you with a license to reproduce these for your own personal use. We reserve the right to use any images taken by us for marketing, advertising or promotional purposes.

CANCELLATION/FORCE MAJEURE: If Adam Smith Photography has to cancel for reasons beyond their control, (death, injury or sickness), their liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, their liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Your statue rights are not affected. Adam Smith Photography has full public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
